Add vite.config.js for using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost

Description

When running npm run dev, it ran on http://localhost. The problem is that the Spotify API's redirect URI only accepts 127.0.0.1 as the callback for local development. When I click the authorize button, it redirects to 127.0.0.1/callback, which is correct, but the local server doesn't recognize it and errors out.
