Bumps Next.js in packages/linea-ens-app and updates workspace overrides to enforce patched dependency versions, refreshing the lockfile accordingly.

• Frontend (linea-ens-app):
  • Upgrade next to 15.2.6 in packages/linea-ens-app/package.json.
• Workspace config:
  • Add minimumReleaseAge and minimumReleaseAgeExclude (exclude next).
  • Expand overrides to enforce patched versions (e.g., body-parser, js-yaml, node-forge, validator, glob, tar-fs, vite, playwright) and pin next to 15.4.8 across ranges.
• Dependencies:
  • Refresh lockfile with updated transitive deps (e.g., esbuild, sharp, @sentry/*, vite 7.x, playwright 1.57).
