Note

Bumps arithmetization and Linea sequencer/tracer plugin versions to rc7 across Gradle and packaging configs.

• Dependencies:
  • Bump arithmetization in gradle/libs.versions.toml to beta-v4.4-rc7.
• Packaging:
  • Update LINEA_SEQUENCER_PLUGIN_VERSION to 4.4-rc7.1 and LINEA_TRACER_PLUGIN_VERSION to beta-v4.4-rc7 in linea-besu-package/versions.env.
