Add USDD to Linea token list

Note

Adds USDD to the Linea token list, bumps version, and reorganizes several tokens (including swapping in LBR for a prior LUSD slot and adding wDAI).

  • Versioning
    • Bump token list version to 1.60.4.
  • Additions
    • Add USDD (native) at 0x176211869ca2b568f2a7d4ee941e073a821ee1ab.
    • Add wDAI (canonical-bridge) at 0x023617bAbEd6CeF5Da825BEa8363A5a9862E120F.
  • Token entry updates/reorg
    • Replace prior LUSD entry with Lybra Finance (LBR) at 0x9D36f49D3d42B3A9BcC0f5Ac76fF8ef78fB2bC01; re-add LUSD elsewhere.
    • Reinsert/move several tokens (e.g., APE, LINK, DSLA, DTC, USDP, USDT, USK) without metadata changes.
    • Group and surface Linea ecosystem tokens (MENDI, sMendi, uMendi, LVC, veLVC, LXP) earlier in the list.

Bug: USDD Logo URI Incorrectly Points to USDC Icon

The USDD token has an incorrect logoURI that points to a USDC icon ("USDC-icon.png") instead of a USDD icon. This appears to be a copy-paste error from the USDC token entry which has a very similar address (0x176211869cA2b568f2A7D4EE941E073a821EE1ff vs 0x176211869ca2b568f2a7d4ee941e073a821ee1ab). The logoURI should reference a USDD icon, not USDC.
