Refactor NF sophiaAnnotate task #9
Description
The sophiaAnnotate needs structural improvements. Simplify the task
- Remove duplicate code
- Give the task a better structure and consider splitting it into multiple smaller tasks or combining scripts or combining scripts that anyway belong together, because none of the intermediate files are used.
- Consider porting the whole job into Python3.
