…rios. Removed references to OctopusConnection as this requires access to a physical Octopus server, but isn't needed to just instantiate Octopus resource model objects. Added support for generating a VariableSetResource object.

One general change to not require connectivity to an Octopus server to instantiate their resource objects, and an addition to cater for VariableSetResource objects that I needed to unit test my particular scenario.
