Fix Additional Dependencies Not Loading Properly

• Added back additional References and Includes to project's "scripts.csproj" so additional dependencies can be stored and seen properly when editing code.
• Fixed bug where libraries not already loaded into system memory could not be compiled into a script's dependencies.
• Dependencies no longer need to be in Storybrew's root folder in order to reference them.
