Adding Screenshot Button

• Can now use a screenshot button to take a screenshot at the current point in time
• Can use F12 to screenshot as well and can use Shift to hide the UI for the screenshot.
• Adds in an input handler to the Project Menu for KeyUp events so that UI can be toggled using Shift.

All screenshots are saved to the project's root directory for now, can be changed later. There's also no animation as the animation messes with the capture.
