Bump mout and espruino in /puck-ntag215-manager

Removes [mout](https://github.com/mout/mout). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [espruino](https://github.com/espruino/EspruinoTools). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `espruino` from 0.1.45 to 0.1.57
