• Adds share button to ChartCard, along with the chartKey in the permalink. closes Add share button to viz in vizbuilder #125
• Adds experimental support for a topic_order annotation that is used to order the topics in the left panel. It should be a number defined in the schema. You only need to define it once per topic. If its defined more than once, it will keep always the latest as it comes in the /cubes endpoint. closes Order cubes in side panel. #18
