* UNST-9290: multiProcessesCheck: use && instead of ||

dimr.cpp:
multipleProcessesCheck is true when isMaster AND numProcesses>1
Set mpiComm to zero if mpi is not used

* UNST-9290: Removed: isMaster boolean: not used anymore
