Video Splitter is available for macOS (Intel & ARM). It uses FFmpeg CI to export extracts (call them "best moments", "shorts" or "clips" if you prefer) from a video.

Known bugs : the arrows to move by 1 frame or 1 seconde work but the position is not the good one depending on the video source (probably a player problem with refresh frames in mpeg format)
