- Move pre-commits to ruff-lint, ruff-format
- Get rid of setup.cfg/setup.py in favour of pyproject.toml
- Move from bump2version (unmaintained) to bump-my-version (maintained, and can put config in pyproject.toml)

Normally I would also migrate to something else (probably poetry e.g. DiamondLightSource/python-zocalo@c0cba41) but since this doesn't get a lot of work I'm not too worried. |
