Asynchronous website

• mrds lecture PDF and video
  • Double check if resolution can be enhanced - may be an Eric step or a Len step, possibly
  • as of 2000 on 13Nov24, no solution to low resolution
    • best guess: the 1672 x 942 is smaller than 1080p 1920x1080 dimension, triggering reversion to 720 (?)
      • hence YouTube cannot "inflate" original image to 1080p dimension while maintaining quality
    • 1672 x 942 is dimension of original recording, not the result of any processing I did
• _quarto.yml top navbar has links to web portal (those may be broken)
• reformat Louise' notes
  • also add DistWin project zip file and link to it
  • there does not appear to be a way to access Louise' document, make a link for it
