FIX Ticket messaging pre,code rendering
Fixes WYSIWYG rendering for ticket messages containing
<pre>/<code>in the messaging timeline.Adds a generic dolPrintHTMLWithAllowedTags() helper and uses it only in this view to allow these tags
without broadening global HTML rendering.
