Upgraded Pixlet to version 0.28.7
Updated Airflow to version 2.8.1 to resolve dependency conflict. Fixes Cannot install airflow-ext, apache-airflow==2.3.4 and meltano.edk because these package versions have conflicting dependencies. #16.
