Update: Rename & Miscellaneous fixes #4

Some miscellanous fixes for dream-deploy.

Rename to dreamweave
don't pin to a specific raknet commit, which regularly breaks things
Remove some quotes in cmake args that aren't needed
Add a "dirty" mode which ensures your precompiled objects aren't nuked if you're testing things (-d || --dirty)
