Release 0.2

This marks the first production ready release for the Marine Gravity Systems.

Release Notes:
Improved installation automation with makefile.
Further integration testing on Marine Gravity Meters.
Added ability to clear old log files by placing a 'clear.txt' file on a USB drive then inserting to the Data Recovery port (old data is copied first).
Added GPS time synchronization - the Raspberry Pi will now sync its system time if a valid GPS time string is detected in the raw data input.
