Minor updates to albany solver settings (for Greenland only) to improve convergence; update reference for default 1-to-10km init. cond. grid to newer one with improved convergence on initial time step (thickness field has iceberges removed)

@rljacob -- Sorry for the delay in responding. This is not necessary for 3.1 as full support for Greenland configurations is not part of 3.1. Thanks. |

Update pointer for 1-to-10km initial condition file, where the updated file (date stamp 20251209) has had icebergs removed in order to improve convergence on the initial time step (no other changes relative to previous file with date stamp 20240513). Update yaml files (Albany solver settings) for 1-to-10km and 4-to-40km init. cond. files for improved convergence.
