Winter 2024

Since then, FracFocus has published a cleaner version of these data, which defeats some of this purpose of this exercise. As such, we’ll be working with this saved version of the data, rather than downloading directly from FracFocus’s data download page.

Winter 2025

Week 1

• Discussion: registryupload_1.csv which are the same data that we used in 2024, except I renamed the file so that it matches the download name (important to make sense of the associated metadata.

Week 2

• Lecture 2.2 Mohawk data imported directly from EDI data portal
• Lecture 2.3: Lyme_Disease_Cases_by_State_or_Locality.csv. Slightly different than last year, but works just the same. Download link and web page.
• Discussion: US Drought Monitor data from TidyTuesday 2021-07-20 (import using {tidytuesdayR})
