It seems the CI - Check dependencies workflow does not open any actual PRs when updates in dependencies are detected.

For examples of this, see the runs:

This is fixed by SINTEF/ci-cd#197. So update to the new, upcoming release of SINTEF/ci-cd, and also use the new branch_name_extension input (from SINTEF/ci-cd#201) to ensure the opened PRs from the CI - Check dependencies workflow come from differently named branches.
