- update to qdipole-0.4.0 - calculation extended to 2030-01-01T00:00:00
No longer used for the actual calculation.
These coefficients are not used for the MLT when the QD-longitude is passed as an argument.
- checking the maximum allowed filename length - checking the response code
- adding single test command - checking response codes - making the test outputs path independent
To handle conda long build prefix.
