[Bug]: ACU runs in circles on unit attack order at the edge of gun range #6998

Describe the Bug
Sometimes when the ACU is given an attack order on a specific unit it will not attack, it will only move to the edge of its gun range, then proceed to run around in circles.
Examples of the bug:
- https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_kfA8HdN-BE Lenkin's ACU not attacking as he explains calmly.
- 26287977 10:00 minute mark Rogerstalker's ACU does not attack the tanks, it is just running around.
Reproduce the bug
Seems to be a sporadic error, order the ACU to attack a unit, which is outside of its gun range at the moment.
