  1. remove isort.
  2. remove pudb.
  3. remove https://github.com/msbrogli/rpudb.
  4. add comments about the reasons why we need these packags in requirements/local.txt.

2. remove django-extensions.
3. remove isort.
4. remove pudb.
5. remove https://github.com/msbrogli/rpudb.
6. add comments about the reasons why we need these packags in requirements/local.txt.
