👋 Yop, I'm Farid!

I'm a dedicated full-stack web developer from Belgium with over 11 years of experience, specializing in custom ERP/CRM and business applications. I’m fluent in JavaScript, especially React and Node, and have a strong grasp of Python for backend development, including Django and FastAPI. My journey in tech began with a passion for solving complex problems and creating efficient, meaningful solutions for people.

As the founder of Yaba-Consulting, I’m committed to helping visionary individuals, startups, and scale-ups turn their ideas into robust applications. My values? Authenticity, honesty, and humility. I work best when the focus is on fair, straightforward collaborations and delivering real results that matter.

💡 What I Bring to the Table:

  • Front-End & Back-End Proficiency: With advanced skills in React and JavaScript (7+ years with React, 11+ years with JavaScript), I bring clean, efficient code to life. Recently, I've been diving deeper into Python and loving the powerful, structured backend it supports.
  • Business-Centric Mindset: I build applications tailored for business needs—focusing on user experience, reliability, and scalability. My goal is to make technology a true asset, driving growth and efficiency.
  • Security-First Approach: I advocate for security in every line of code, making sure that the applications I build are as resilient as they are functional.
  • Continuous Learning & Problem-Solving: Whether it’s deep dives into JavaScript frameworks or exploring the latest in security practices, I’m always looking to grow and improve.

🎮 When I'm Not Coding

I’m a huge fan of gaming, manga, and chess, and I grew up with classics like Dragon Ball Z, Ranma 1/2, Saint Seiya and Highschool! Kimengumi, which shaped my values around resilience and persistence with a touch of fun.
