• fix showing highlight rectangle
• added 3rd mode of highlight controls. Now there are 3 possible selected modes:
  -- Ctrl-highlight;
  -- highlight control when the user clicks in the tree
  -- focus tracing mode
• implemented About box window
• reformated and cleaned up code
• bumped up version to 2.0.1
• removed version from the title of the main window
