I noted down my steps to install dawarich without docker but systemd services on Debian 12.

Great job, thank you! I'd suggest you opening a PR into website docs though: https://github.com/dawarich-app/site, and then I'll add a link to the doc in the readme of this repo

I think the systemd service files, environment and install.sh belong here, similar to the docker files. Feel free to truncate/remove the README.md if you wish. Also notice that the systemd services rely on the executability of the the entrypoint scripts (see my commit)!
