Some mbtk functions are starting to be problematic due to (somewhat) recent syntax changes.

  • Updates matplotlib and h3 requirements in line with the engine (3.8.2 and 3.7.7 respectively)
  • Updates geopandas to a more recent version (1.0.1)
  • Fixes a version for pygmt (0.12.0)
