Adds some sample data from the human genome structural variant consortium, including genotyped mobile element insertions across 1000 genomes. I had to convert their MEI csv to VCF to load into jbrowse (https://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data_collections/HGSVC3/release/Mobile_Elements/1.0/)
