Fix - TTC can be setting can be overwritten by other peers ,refresh the TTC on open to ensure its set with this client.

Secplus GDO Library

This update adds TTC control capability to the library. The component calls gdo_set_time_to_close(uint16_t seconds) to set the TTC value. A value of 0 disables TTC and the maximum is 65535.
