  The Terraform configuration can create an empty ingestion pipeline with simple column level access on a defined taxonomy with 2 keys (1 TKEK, 1 CMEK). Demo: 1. A BQ table built from Terraform has 1 column with manually attached policy tags that has access allowed for in-policy users and access denied for out-of-policy users. 2. BQ queries can display plaintext data flows.
