Most compilation issues on windows and linux should be fixed by now.

First experimental release

I finally got something after more than 1 year of development.

The binaries were built on Windows 10 x64, no guarantees on whether those will work. They were built with CUDA 12 (dll included) and the built-in ptx is for compute capability 8.9 (rtx 4000+).
