Just saw that the Python requirements on Bioconda is >=3.9,<3.10.0a0. Is there anyway this could be bumped to at least included 3.10 ?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

We are using Python 3.9 due to dependencies like whatshap and tensorflow version. However, you could build with Python 3.10 by updating Conda installation. Please let us know if that works for you. Thanks.

@hillstub May I know why you preferred 3.10 or a newer version over 3.9?

thank you both! we use clair3 in Flyte workflows. Most other workflows that we have running there are >=3.10, so this helps with maintenance and not running in odd issues where e.g. py3.9 doesn't fully support something but py3.10 does support it.
