Multiallelic SNVs not called

Hello

I'm running ClairS-TO with some simulated data and finding that multiallelic variants are not being called. Instead only the allele with the highest VAF is reported in the VCF, even when both alleles have a VAF of over 0.4. Is this expected behaviour?

It is the current expected behavior. May I ask what you are using ClairS-TO for?
