Fix contrast issues in dark mode

In dark mode:

• Landing page: hover over the cards was previously white text on light blue background, now white on dark gray
• Progress bar: is now light teal on black, instead of dark teal on black
• Inactive navigation items: now have higher contrast with the background
• Navigation separator: has higher contrast with the background (black on black to dark gray on black)
