ZFS 0.8.2 complete

Modifications to to accommodate 0.8.2 complete and tested.

LUKS added and testing complete

LUKS encryption has been added back. All test cases have been completed.

ZFS 0.8.2 was released to Buster backports this morning which breaks the install script.

Native encryption only

Last release before adding LUKs encryption back in (to conform to most recent instructions.)
Minimal testing - this works for whole disk, not encrypted. Other cases not tested.

update to 1.0

Last release prior to eliminating (not using) backports and experimental.

1.0 - rejoice!

Debian branch is the focus of this release. Ubuntu branch is believed to work but is old and presently abandoned.
