Just a list of all the console commands, unformatted, with a few descriptors written in for a handful of them. This is an early WIP, little more than notes at this point.

I think it'd be a better option to improve the help command in game in order to add the arguments there instead of having an external document with the information, something like this. |
Added notes on several more commands, and adjusted some existing information.
Yeah, that's a good point. It's really just a list of commands right now. The tool-tips that display for the commands while you're typing them in could also use some work. I'm going to keep working on the document I have here just as notes. Once I've gone over all the commands and understand how they function, I'll rework how it's presented. |

The goal here is self explanatory: document each console command and their usage. Starting out I'm going to test the various commands to make sure I fully understand how they work, making notes as I go. Then I will format it all to be easily readable, with tables, pictures, and graphs where appropriate.
