Added a new target
libhl.atoMakefileandCMakeLists.txtfor statically linking your app to Hashlink. This allows users of Hashlink to distribute their apps without the need to to bundlelibhl.soand the*.hdllfiles which some may find useful.Tested locally on Linux and works fine.
