update pillars to:

1. Traces & Spans (include Request and Response Logging, Tracing Multi-Step Workflows i.e. sessions, Anomaly Detection i.e. using to find failures/hallucinations)
2. LLM Evaluation (also help with anomaly detection, preventing regressions, improving accuracy, etc)
3. Prompt Engineering (prevent regression, improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, etc)
4. Search and Retrieval (RAG and tool calls)
5. Security (we already have this section, feel free to improve) (includes LLM security and rate limiting to prevents abuse)
