Remove the "Install Steam" feature

Since the version of Steam this installed was rather broken, it lead to a lot of confused users (even with the disclaimer at the start). Streamlining the install this much gave the impression that it'll actually work in the end. If users want to, they can still install Steam manually (by finding the EXE and installing it with "Add game" normally), but it places less of an expectation on us that it should work
