[HUME-9305] Example Projects Repo Reorganization & Cleanup

• Reorganizes the example projects in a new directory structure. At the first level, projects are organized by API product. Then, they are organized by language/framework.
• Renames projects to make their purpose more clear. Naming scheme: {api-product}-{language/framework}-{focus}
• Cleans up the top level readme such that it reflects the new directory structure and new example project names. Remove all broken links.
• High level audit on all existing project READMEs.
• Update packages and dependencies.
