Add study/ pages to public_url_filters

In order to allow /study/... pages from IDR/idr-gallery#50 we need to add this to the public url filters.

This now includes the idr-gallery study pages release, as planned for next IDR release AFAIK.

@dominikl would it be possible to test these somewhere we can check if study pages are working OK etc?

Error above is:

These changes has been now deployed onto test128. Approving from a code/deployment perspective and assigning for a last round of functional validation before being deployed on idr-next.

Note the executed of the playbooks has reverted a number of local deployment changes to the OMERO.web environment
