Hey, It seems like you did not create an issue for yourself as written in the guide. Also, the PR has some issues :P
To fix this, Kindly do the following :)

1. Create an issue with title as rajat2901 as mentioned in the guide.
2. The PR needs to contain your name as a Contributor, also, the commit message needs to be changed to refer the new issue you just created,
   To do this, simply type git reset --hard HEAD^, and redo the work by actually writing your name. Also, please refer to the new issue you just created. After this is done, use git push -f origin rajat2901 to force push your changes :)
