Support kubernetes (using helm packages).
Current design vision is in 3 stages :

• Phase 1 : support helm catalog (UI & API)
• Phase 2 : deploy using helm. Requires Helm integration / wrapping (API)
• Phase 3 : make "my services" implementation-agnostic (ie, make it work for both k8s / marathon) (UI & API)
