This PR will introduce and enforce the most basic linting into the repository. Currently we have disabled the following: pylint: disable=too-many-statements pylint: disable=too-many-arguments pylint: disable=too-many-locals pylint: disable=too-many-branches
Enforces linting on Shear stress and Power modules (currently only enforced on Velocity module).
Adds Stressor Utils to enforced linting
Enforces pylint on Stress_receptor_calc
Adds type hints
