6.14 Matplotlib error

Aborted (core dumped)

• 발생원인: 일단 잘 모르겠음, anaconda3 가상환경 써보겠다고 설치한 다음 opencv로 불러온 이미지를 확인하기 위해 matplot 코드 사용시 위와같은 증상 발생

• 처음에는 opencv 문제로 예상, 에러로그로 웹에서 뒤져봤을 때, opencv 버전을 낮춰서 해결한 사례가 있었음 -> 해결불가

• 원인: pyqt로 동작하는 matplotlib가 qt관련 플러그인을 못찾음 -> 왜 그런지는 모름(cv2, anaconda 설치과정에 무언가 꼬였을 가능성)

• 해결: matplotlib을 3.5.0버전으로 낮추니 정상적으로 실행되는듯

pip uninstall matplotlib

pip install matplotlib==3.5.0

6.17 Matplot image output issue

• 발생경위:

• BGR 이미지를 cv.imread()로 읽어서 RGB로 변환한 이미지를 cvtColor()로 그레이 스케일로 변환함, 그 상태에서 matplot으로 이미지 출력 시 흑백이미지로 표시되지 않는 문제가 발생

• 기대한 이미지 출력결과, 잘못 출력된 결과

• 원인: 이미지를 임의로 그레이스케일로 변경하여 출력하면 이미지 가로, 세로, 채널 shape은 (28,28,3)에서 (28,28,1)로 변경됨,

• plt.imshow()는 RGB 형식을 입력으로 받기때문에 채널 두개가 빠진 흑백이미지를 입력받아도 3채널 이미지로 출력되면서 색이 이상하게 바뀜

• 해결: plt.imshow()에 옵션추가

plt.imshow(img, cmap='gray', vmin=0, vmax=255)

8.29 Linux grep text filtering

• 발생경위: iostat 커맨드에서 평균 CPU 사용량을 grep으로 가져오려고 함.

iostat | grep avg-cpu  
출력 결과 : avg-cpu:  %user   %nice %system %iowait  %steal   %idle
컬럼만 출력되고 실제 수치는 다음 행에 출력됨 

• 해결: grep에 후행출력 옵션 사용 iostat | grep -A 1 avg-cpu | grep -v avg-cpu -> -A 1: 타겟 행의 다음 행 출력 -v avg-cpu: "avg-cpu" 패턴과 매칭되지 않는 행 출력(컬럼 행 제거)
