Adds the ability to use the extensions which normally can be used with better-bibtex to startup the cayw zitation picker in zotero.

Closes JabRef#13187

Mandatory checks

Just to inform, I have updated one of my comments in the previous PR.

Apart from that, I see that Philip has resolved some of them already here. @palukku please be comfortable that there is no hurry - I am aware you need to go today - so invest time in packing up properly and have a safe journey :)
