fix: disable caching parsed records

Caching must be disabled for now, because v8.serialize doesn't preserve the custom Date classes that iarna/toml uses to preserve extended date types

Restored caching needs a way to deal with preserving extended DateTime types, as well as prove that the memory usage is worthwhile
