- Remove support for using older Documenter.jl
- Use newer GitHub Actions templates
- Do minor fixes in docstrings
The brackets already indicate the arguments are optional, and the defaults are not shown in the signature.
Doctests are run as both part of CI and when building the docs. A separate run for them is not needed.
