Extract test helper functionality from `test/helpers.jl` into a standalone package `GeometryOpsTestHelpers` with proper package extension support. This change separates geometry-specific monkey-patches for GeometryBasics, ArchGDAL, and LibGEOS into dedicated package extensions that load only when the corresponding packages are available.
